Koyalgeet is a very well recognised direct selling expert Globally and in India. She founded the Direct Selling Association in 1996 from scratch and over 14 years has worked with hundreds of successful MLM, Party Plan, and direct selling companies. Her depth of knowledge and experience is considered irreplaceable by many industry colleagues and provides immense value to direct sales companies needing to grow/set up or expand in India in the direct sales business.

She has worked with top league companies as well as new ones successfully to develop and implement tailor made solutions for companies in direct sales, research companies interested in direct sales, companies looking for tie ups or expansion. She is a well trusted advisor to various departments of the Government of India dealing with direct sales industry and is often consulted for input and suggestions.

Koyalgeet has delivered insights as a speaker in International and National Seminars not only at direct selling industry events but also other industry events organized by the Confederation of Indian Industry, Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry and direct selling companies of repute. Koyalgeet is an MBA in International Business and Marketing from BITS, India and has worked with Citibank, Business India Publishing and Confederation of Indian Industry before joining the direct sales business. She has attended various workshops and courses internationally on relevant management subjects.

We take up projects on Build Operate Transfer (BOT) and Build Operate Run (BOR) basis.

Mohit Chabra – Key Associate

In his previous assignments as Principal Consultant at FiNoble Advisors and as Consultant at Tecnova India, Mohit successfully assisted multinationals incubate and grow their businesses in the country His notable achievements in his consulting roles were the successful setup of two engineering design centres through the BOT model. He also successfully led the team that helped setup a conditional access technology company. His larger role involved end to end transaction execution and involved playing and integral role in all or a combination of research, due diligence, business and marketing plan development, organization structuring and head hunting for key management positions.

Mohit is an Associate of Arrowhead Consulting Inc and works with us on projects to set up the Indian market for clients.
